My area of specialty is Bookkeeping, and I joined DDL & Co. as a Bookkeeper in 2022.  I have over 20 years experience in various industries, doing various tasks like payroll, monthly accounting, government remittances and various other responsibilities.

What do you enjoy most about working at DDL & Co. in St. Catharines?

I like working at DDL & Co. because of the people and relaxed atmosphere.  Everyone at all levels is very friendly and willing to help with anything.   

Why did you choose an accounting career?

I choose the accounting field mostly for job security.  Bookkeepers will always be employable because we provide skills that everyone needs! Being able to share such important information with local businesses is very fulfilling.

Favourite Hobbies:

Away from work I enjoy golfing in the warm months and curling in the offseason.  I try to practice yoga as much as I can and have just started to learn to crochet. 

Favourite chocolate bar:

My favorite chocolate bar is a Mars bar.  You can’t go wrong with soft, creamy, caramel, nougat and chocolate – what’s not to love?

Favourite show:

I will have to go way back to when you had to wait every week for a new episode and say ER with George Clooney.  Great show and even better cast.
